Shiv Shakti Computer

Shiv Shakti Computer is our small business located at 204 Rudra Plaza. We are right near Celluler Mobile World, just by Bapasitaram Chowk on Rahakar Road. It’s a good spot because people are always around that intersection. We’re up on the second floor, so you have to walk up the stairs, but most people don't seem to mind. The shop is filled with various computer parts and old boxes we haven't thrown out yet. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a particular piece of hardware is acting up. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows of Rudra Plaza. We have a couple of small fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a front desk person. Usually, whoever isn't currently holding a soldering iron is the one who answers the door. Bapasitaram Chowk is always busy, so there’s a lot of honking and city noise that drifts up to us. We’ve grown used to it. We take in all sorts of repairs, from broken hinges to blue screens. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up the workbench or catch up on paperwork. It’s just a regular local shop where we work hard and try to get things back to people as fast as we can.
