Ravi Computers

You can find Ravi Computers over by the A G Office in Rajkot, right near Kadva Chowk. It’s a central part of town, so there is always something going on outside. We’ve been operating here for a long time. The space we have isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We have benches lined up against the walls where we keep the systems we’re currently working on. Kadva Chowk is a landmark most people in Rajkot know, so finding us isn't usually an issue for the locals. We get a mix of people coming in—government workers from nearby offices, students, and shopkeepers from the surrounding area. The shop usually smells a bit like solder and old electronics. We don't go for the polished look. There are stacks of paper on the desk and a shelf full of old software discs that we probably don't need anymore but keep just in case. We spend our days troubleshooting and putting together components. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just life. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town; we just want to do the work that comes across our counter. People seem to appreciate that we’re straightforward about things. We've seen a lot of changes in technology since we started, but the basic problems usually stay the same. We’re just here doing our thing every day.
