Shiv Medicines

Our place is called Shiv Medicines and we are in the Viraj Complex. It’s right across from the Patel Girls Hostel on University Road. This part of Rajkot, around Nilkanth Nagar, is always buzzing with energy because of all the students and commuters. Being on University Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by our door every single hour. Our shop is at number 3 in the complex. It’s a modest space, packed with all sorts of medicine stocks and supplies. We spend most of our time organizing the shelves and helping people who come in looking for specific items. It can get pretty hectic in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We are just local people working in the neighborhood. The girls from the hostel across the street are always walking by, and there are plenty of small food stalls nearby that we visit for snacks. It’s a very lively place to be. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the area change as more buildings went up along University Road. We just try to keep our stock updated and make sure we don't run out of the things people need. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and moving boxes around, but we are used to it by now. We just do our best to keep the shop running smoothly every day.
