Shiv Half Cutting

We are over at Bhaktinagar Station Plot, number 3 to be exact. It’s a decent spot in Rajkot where things are always moving because of the station being close by. Shiv Half Cutting has been around for a bit, and we mostly just do regular haircuts for the people living in Bhaktinagar. The shop is small and simple. We don't have those big leather chairs you see in malls, just the standard ones that get the job done. Every morning we sweep the front and get the water ready. It can get dusty because of the location, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. Most of our regulars are people who work near the station or live in the surrounding streets. They come in for a quick trim before work or on their way home. We don't really have a receptionist or a booking system, people just show up. If it's full, you wait your turn. The conversation is usually about the weather or whatever is happening in the news. We keep our tools sharp and our towels dry. It’s a honest way to make a living. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. It’s a familiar place for a lot of folks. We keep some old magazines on the side table for anyone who has to wait more than a few minutes. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out.
