Shital Impex

Shital Impex is located at No. 307 Plenary Arcade Gondal Road. It’s on the third floor of the arcade. Gondal Road is always full of traffic, so there’s a lot of noise coming up from the street. We do import and export work here. Our office is mostly filled with samples and shipping documents. We have been here for a good while now. The arcade is a bit older, and the hallways are sometimes a bit dim, but our office is bright enough. We have a small team of three people. We handle everything from talking to the suppliers to checking the quality of the goods before they go out. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of salesmen. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes the customs paperwork gets delayed and we have to spend the whole day on the phone. It’s just the way it goes in this business. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the office feels too small. We aren't trying to be the biggest impex firm in the country. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. It’s a steady pace and we like it.
