Sanjay B Shah & Co is found at 704 Kings Plaza, located on Sardarnagar Main Road in Rajkot. We are right near Astron Chowk, which is one of the busiest intersections in the city. Being on the seventh floor means we have a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at our computer screens. The office is a modest one. It has a main working area for the staff and a small cabin for the partner. We have a lot of cupboards for client files because, in this business, the paperwork never seems to end. We spend our days looking at tax forms, audit reports, and bank statements. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we know. The building is a typical commercial plaza, and the elevators can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just do the job that needs to be done. The office gets quite warm in the summer, so we rely on the fans and the AC to keep us going. We usually have some chai in the afternoon and maybe a quick chat about how the day is going. It’s a very normal, human environment. We’ve been in Rajkot for years and we like this neighborhood because it’s so central. We just focus on being accurate and keeping up with the deadlines that the government sets for us.
