Our office for Rimple Shah And Co is way up on the sixth floor of the Star Chamber. We are in room 618. Being this high up gives us a bit of a view over Harihar Chowk, though mostly you just see the tops of other buildings and the busy streets below. The Star Chamber is a well-known building in this part of Rajkot, 360001. We’ve been here for a good while now. The elevators can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we end up waiting a while or just taking the stairs if we feel energetic. Inside, the office is pretty straightforward. We have our desks laid out in a way that makes sense for us, and the walls are lined with shelves for all our files. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend most of our time at our desks, typing away or talking on the phone. It can get a bit quiet up here compared to the street level, which is nice when you need to focus. We usually bring our own tiffin for lunch and eat together in the small back area. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here. We start when the market opens and usually head out when things start to wind down. It’s a solid, dependable place to work from. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do the tasks at hand and keep things moving along until it is time to close up.
