Sanchaniya Industries

Our factory is at Plot No. 184/1 in the GIDC area, out on Aji-II M Road. Sanchaniya Industries is basically a production unit. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the heat and the constant sound of the equipment running. It’s a big plot, but we use every bit of it for our production work. We don't have a fancy front office with a glass door or a receptionist. You just walk into the main area where the actual work is happening. We’ve been on Aji-II M Road for years, and it has changed from being almost empty to being packed with factories now. We make various industrial items, and it’s mostly about keeping the machines maintained and the production lines moving along. It’s dusty and loud, and there’s always something that needs oiling or adjusting during the shift. We don't talk about "visions" or anything like that. We just focus on getting the order right so the customer doesn't have a reason to call back and complain. The days are long, especially when the orders pile up, but that is the nature of the GIDC life. We take our breaks when we can and try to stay out of the direct sun. It’s just us, the steel, and the machines. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we plan to keep doing it the same way without changing much. It works for us.
