You can find Saibaba Beverage right on the Rajkot Highway in the Vadal area. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people every single day. Most of them are just passing through and need something to drink while they are on their way to the next town. The dust from the road is a constant battle and we have to wipe down the bottles and counters quite often. It gets very hot out here so the shade of our shop is a welcome relief for many. We keep a variety of beverages in the coolers and try to make sure they are always as cold as possible. The sound of the trucks zooming by is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Sometimes the highway gets closed for repairs and then things get really quiet which is a bit strange for us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It is hard work staying open for long hours but that is the nature of a highway business. We don't put up many posters or bright lights to attract people. Drivers know what we have and they stop because they are thirsty. It is a simple way of living and we take things one day at a time in Vadal.
