Our shop is tucked away inside the Auto Point Complex on Gondal Road. Being right near the Lodhawad Police Chowki makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are driving through Bhakti Nagar. It is a bit of a noisy area with all the traffic and horns, but we have gotten used to the sound over the years. We mostly deal with mobile phones and different networking bits. Sahil started this place years ago with just one small counter and a few tools. Now we have Plot 218, and it is filled up with cables, routers, and all sorts of electronic stuff. It gets a bit messy in here sometimes, especially on Mondays when the new stock arrives and we have to sort through everything. We do not really do any fancy ads or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or maybe their cousin told them we could fix their signal problems. We are not a big chain, just a local spot where we know most of our regular customers by their first names. Sometimes we stay open a little late to finish a repair if someone really needs their phone back for their job the next morning. The building is a bit older, so the stairs are narrow, but it feels like home to us. We handle a lot of the local businesses’ internet setups too. It is practical work and we enjoy it.
