Ratnatrray Infosys

Our shop is located in Sadguru Complex No. 1, right on Raiya Road. We are in shop number 5 on the first floor. It’s directly across from Pacific Heights, so that's how most people find us. Ratnatrray Infosys is basically a small hub for computer services and software help. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re there. The office is filled with old monitors and piles of cables in the corner. We try to keep it tidy, but when we have several computers to fix at once, things get a bit crowded. I’ve been working on Raiya Road for a long time and I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We get a mix of students and older people coming in with their laptops. Some days we are just installing software, and other days we are trying to figure out why a machine won't turn on at all. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we found and how we can fix it. It's a lot of sitting and typing, and the tea guy comes by every afternoon around four. That’s usually the highlight of the day. We are just regular people trying to do a good job with the skills we have. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. No big corporate stuff here, just us.
