Royal Machinery

We are over at 5, Umakant Udhyognagar in the Mavdi Plot area. Royal Machinery is the name on the door, though we don't feel much like royalty most days. It’s a practical workspace where we deal with all sorts of mechanical gear. The Mavdi Plot area is known for this kind of work, so we’re surrounded by people who speak the same language as us. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or taking machines apart to see why they stopped working. It’s greasy work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us because their neighbor told them we could fix something or because they saw our sign while driving by. The workspace is filled with the smell of oil and the sound of metal hitting metal. We like it that way. It's honest work. Sometimes we have to wait a while for parts to arrive, which can be frustrating for us and the customers, but we do our best to keep things moving. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the machines we work on do their job. It’s a simple life in a busy industrial plot, and that’s just fine with us. We’ve been here for years and hope to be here for many more. It's just about showing up and putting in the hours every day.
