Omega Cnc Automation

Down at P-108 near Kranti Gate on A-road, things stay pretty busy. We are based in GIDC Lodhika, Metoda, which is a busy place to be if you’re doing what we do at Omega Cnc Automation. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and then looking at the machines to make sure they are cutting exactly right. CNC work requires a lot of sitting and watching, but when something goes wrong, you have to move fast. The shop floor gets pretty warm during the summer months, but the machines have to keep running regardless. We have a lot of metal shavings that we have to sweep up every evening so nobody slips. It’s a lot of precise work, and sometimes your eyes get tired from looking at the small parts. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group of people who know how to handle these tools. Sometimes a client comes in with a weird request that takes us all day to figure out, and those are the days that really test us. We just take it one job at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. The Kranti Gate area is always moving, so there is never a dull moment when you look out the front door. We just focus on the task at hand.
