Rhodolite Overseas

Up on the second floor of Shrimadh Bhawan, that’s where you’ll find us. We are right across from Kanta Stri Vikas Gruh on Dehbar Road. It’s a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find the place. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, which is fine as it keeps us moving. The office space is 97, and it's filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of folders. Rhodolite Overseas is what we call the operation. We handle stuff going out to other countries, which sounds more complicated than it usually is. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. Dehbar Road is always humming with noise, so there is never really a quiet moment, but you get used to the background sound of the city. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We eat our lunch at the desks mostly. It’s not a shiny corporate environment, just a place where we put in the hours and try to get the details right. If a shipment is delayed, we’re the ones figuring out why. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. It's just simple, daily work for us here.
