You can find us at 203 Convention Centre, which is on the second floor right above the ICICI Bank. We are on the Ramkrishna Nagar Main Road, so it's a pretty busy area with a lot of people coming and going. Being above a bank makes it easy to give directions to people. We focus on exim services, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with customs forms and shipping schedules. The office is usually filled with the sound of the printer and people talking on their mobiles. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our files and a few desks. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We deal with a lot of different clients who need help getting their stuff across borders. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We try to keep things organized, even though the paperwork can pile up pretty fast. The main road outside is always noisy with horns and traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do our job well and make sure the cargo gets to where it is supposed to go without too much trouble. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by quickly when there are deadlines to meet.
