No. 13 Mahavir Nivas, Rajputpara Main Road. We do the SWR systems here. It’s a busy street, Rajputpara Main Road always has something going on. Our office is in Mahavir Nivas at number thirteen. It’s not a huge place, but it fits everything we need. We have pipes of different sizes and all the joints and fittings piled up in the back. Sometimes it feels like we are playing a game of Tetris trying to find the right part for a customer. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors all know us. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical shop for people who need plumbing stuff for their houses or buildings. Most of the day is spent checking the inventory and talking to the delivery guys who bring the stock. We get a lot of walk-ins from the main road. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week. We just focus on getting the right items into the right hands without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until the evening when we finally lock up. There is always a lot of heavy lifting, but we manage.
