We are located at 1 Maninagar in the Mavdi Plot area. It’s a corner spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Every morning we open up the shutters and start checking what came in the day before. Mavdi Plot is always busy, with lots of small shops and people moving around, so there is never a dull moment. We deal with a lot of different items, so the shelves stay pretty full. Sometimes it feels like we are playing tetris just to fit new stock in. Our staff has been together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. We write most things down in big ledgers because that’s how we’ve always done it. The fans hum all day to keep the heat off, but it still gets warm in the afternoon. We usually have our lunch together in the back room. It’s a humble place, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We just worry about getting the orders right and making sure the delivery guys know where they are going. Dealing with people face to face is the best part of being here. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay on top of daily tasks.
