S&s Impex

Our office is up on the fourth floor of Nakshatra Hights, right near Raiya Circle. If you know the 150 Feet Ring Road, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and noise all day. We like being here because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city without too much trouble. S&s Impex is basically just us handling the day-to-day of importing and exporting. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that most people find boring, but it keeps us employed and moving. The office has a good view of the circle, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s a working office with boxes and files everywhere. Most of the time we’re talking to vendors or checking on customs papers. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes things get stuck or documents get lost, and we have to scramble to fix it. But we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the hiccups. We don't spend any money on big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’re in the same building. We usually grab lunch from the small food stalls nearby. It’s a simple routine that works for us. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our clients get what they’re waiting for without too much extra fuss.
