Being in Gujarat, the weather gets quite hot, so our fans are almost always running at full speed. We have a decent building here with several rooms for our daily activities. It is not some brand new glass structure, but it serves us well enough. The hallways can get pretty noisy when everyone is moving between rooms. There is always a layer of dust on the windows because of all the heavy traffic moving along Gondal Road. We have a small patch of ground in the front where we have tried to grow a few trees. The main office room is usually a bit cluttered with stacks of forms and old registers. We spend a lot of our time just managing the regular stuff that comes up every day. We do not really care for big slogans or complicated mission statements. We are just a group of people trying to stay organized and get the work done. The furniture we have is mostly simple wood and metal chairs. People are always coming in with different questions, and we do our best to give them an answer. There is a canteen nearby where we often grab a quick snack or some tea. If you are looking for us, the sign on the main road is a bit faded.
