Ascent Placement

Our office is in Rajkot, over in Sojitra Nagar on Raiya Road. It’s specifically in the Apexahantani Devashish building. To find us, you usually look for the New Era School or Aagman Hospital because we’re right near those spots. It’s a pretty lively area of town. We handle placement here at Ascent, which means we spend our days looking at job listings and talking to people who need a new start. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks and a couple of fans to keep the air moving. Rajkot gets pretty warm, so we’re glad for the shade the building provides. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just a place where we do our job. We have stacks of files on the desks and a whiteboard where we scribble notes about which companies are hiring. People drop by throughout the day, usually asking if we’ve heard back from anyone. We don’t promise miracles, we just look through the folders and see what fits. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of us have lived in Rajkot for years, so we know how the local market works. We grab lunch from the local stalls and usually spend the afternoon catching up on emails and phone calls. It’s a straightforward operation and we like it that way. No need for anything fancy when you’re just trying to help people get to work.
