Asst Managar

Being an assistant manager here at Man Mandir Apartments in Rajkot keeps a person busy. This is at D 302 in Vardhman Nagar, right off Palace Road. It is a decent spot to work from. The building is usually quiet during the day but gets more active in the evenings. Most of the work involves keeping track of things and making sure everything runs like it should. Rajkot can be a loud city but this part of Vardhman Nagar stays okay. I spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking over files at the desk. The apartment serves as a base for all the managing tasks. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up so we take the stairs. It is just part of the routine. We have been in this spot for a bit now and it feels like home. There is no big corporate feel here. It is just a small setup where we handle the daily grind. Usually, I am the one opening up in the morning and locking things down late. It is a lot of responsibility but that is how it goes. The neighborhood has some good tea stalls nearby which helps during long afternoons. Palace Road is always full of traffic so getting here takes some time if you are coming from the other side of town. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of the chaos of the city.
