Quick Exports & Imports

Our place is called Quick Exports & Imports and we are located right on University Road. It is a busy area because of the students and the shops nearby. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just our small workspace where we manage the export and import side of things. Being on University Road means there is always something going on outside. The noise from the traffic becomes part of the background after you sit here for a few hours. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It isn't always easy and some days are slower than others. We handle a lot of boxes and paperwork throughout the week. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because the road is so long. We just tell them where to go and get back to our work. We try to stay organized but with all the files it can get a bit cluttered. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been at this spot for some time and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses. Everyone just does their own thing. At Quick Exports & Imports we don't really do the corporate style. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and head home. It is a straightforward way of living and working. The rain gets loud on the roof during the monsoon but otherwise it’s a quiet enough place to think.
