Quality Machine Products

Quality Machine Products is based at Unit No. 41 in Jimmy Tower. We are right on Gondal Road, just across from the Swaminarayan Gurukul. It’s a well-known landmark in this area, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding our unit. Our place is one of many in the building, and we use it to handle all the machine parts we deal with. We focus on various industrial components and products that keep local machines running. The space is a little bit cramped because we have to keep a lot of stock squeezed into the unit, but we mostly know where everything is. Working on Gondal Road means there is a lot of traffic and activity all day long outside. We are a small team and we pretty much handle everything ourselves, from taking orders on the phone to packing things up for delivery. We aren't a big corporation with different departments for everything; we all just pitch in where it's needed most. Sometimes we are stuck with a lot of paperwork, and other times we are moving heavy crates around the floor. It’s a very straightforward business. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in Jimmy Tower. People come to us because they know we are here every day and we actually know about our products. We don't make big promises or anything, we just try to have the right parts available when a customer needs them.
