Genesis Superabrasives

Genesis Superabrasives is located on the ground floor of number 18, over in Mavdi Plot on 8th Street. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We work with industrial tools, specifically the kind of stuff that needs to be incredibly tough to cut through other materials. It’s a niche business, so we don't get a ton of random foot traffic, but the people who know us know where to find us. The shop floor is where everything happens. We spend a lot of time checking specs and looking at tiny details under the lights. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock in, but we make it work. There’s something satisfying about working with things that are meant to last. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media team. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We’ve been in Mavdi Plot for a while and we like the grit of the neighborhood. It feels like a place where things actually get built. Sometimes we stay late when a difficult order comes in, but that’s just how it goes. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to make sure the tools we provide do the job they’re supposed to do. It’s pretty simple when you think about it. We just open up, do the work, and go home.
