Puja Casting

You can find Puja Casting right on Mavdi Main Road. We are the shop located near the well. It’s a simple setup where we do all our casting work. The air is usually thick with the smell of metal and the sound of the furnace. It’s definitely not a clean or quiet place. We spend our days making parts for various local machines and tools. Most of the guys working here have been with me for a long time. We don't have a front desk or anyone to answer phones professionally. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us covered in soot. The heat can be quite a lot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We don't do any big advertising. People in the neighborhood just know where the well is and they find us. We work with molds and molten metal every day. Sometimes a casting doesn't come out right and we have to start over. That’s just part of the process. My kids sometimes come by after school to help clean up the scrap metal. We aren't trying to be a huge factory. We just like making things that people can actually use. It’s a tough way to make a living, but it’s what we know. If you’re passing by Mavdi Main Road, you’ll see us working away in the heat.
