Pratishtha It Syscons Llp is tucked away on the first floor of Mital Estate, right there on the Mavdi Plot 4 Main Road. If you know the area, you know how busy that road can get with all the rickshaws and people moving about during the day. Our office is up a short flight of stairs, and once you are inside, it is actually pretty quiet compared to the noise outside. We spend most of our time looking at system configurations and handling IT support for various folks who need help. There are about six of us usually working at any given time. The desks are a bit crowded with monitors and old cables, but we know where everything is. We do not have a fancy reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will look up from their keyboard to say hello. Most of us take turns bringing in snacks from the stalls downstairs near the main road. The building itself has been around for a while, so it has that old-school feel with the heavy doors and the concrete floors. We like it here because it is central and easy for everyone to get to. There is no big mystery to what we do; we just show up, solve the technical problems that come our way, and try to get everything finished before the evening rush hour starts on the main road.
