Prathmesh Corporation

Prathmesh Corporation is based out of the Aji Industrial Estate, specifically at C-1/B-10 in the G.I.D.C. area. If you’ve spent any time in a G.I.D.C., you know what it’s like. Lots of workshops, the smell of grease, and the constant clinking of metal. It’s a hardworking part of town. Our unit isn't the biggest, but we use every inch of it. We started out with just a couple of machines and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more hands on deck, but the spirit is the same. We don’t have a HR department or corporate retreats. We just have a small break room where we sit on plastic chairs and eat our lunch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but work comes first. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so there's a sense of being in it together. If we run out of a certain bolt, we can usually borrow some from the guy next door. It's that kind of place. We focus on the orders we have in front of us and try to get them right. Errors happen, and when they do, we just fix them and move on. No one here wears a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting stained. It’s an honest way to earn a living, and we’ve been at it for a while now.
