If you walk down Pratap Road, you’ll find us right across from the HDFC Bank. Pavan Infotech is where we spend our days fixing computers and dealing with all sorts of tech headaches. It’s a small space, usually cluttered with cables, monitors, and half-opened laptops. We didn't start with much, just a love for taking things apart and seeing why they stopped working. Now, we have people coming in with broken screens or slow hard drives all the time. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we just get on with the repairs. Sometimes a fix is easy and takes ten minutes, other times we’re staring at a motherboard for three hours wondering what went wrong. We don't use big words to confuse people. If your machine is old and not worth fixing, we’ll just tell you that straight up. We also help people set up small networks or get their printers working when they’re being stubborn. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and staying patient. Being on Pratap Road is convenient for most of our regulars who work in the nearby offices. They drop their stuff off in the morning and hope we have good news by the evening. We try our best, but technology can be tricky. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board and like helping out the locals with their tech problems.
