Our office is located at 402 Yogi Apartment, which is in number 14 Gundawadi. We are right in Rajkot, pin code 360 001. The office is always full of packages and parcels waiting to be sent out. It’s a busy place. There is always the sound of packing tape being pulled and boxes being moved around. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s just a room with sturdy tables and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of our time coordinating with the drivers and making sure the addresses are correct. The elevator in the building is a bit old and slow, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. People in Gundawadi know they can just drop by with their items. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things throughout the day. We don't have a big corporate structure or any complex rules. We just try to get the parcels from one place to another without any trouble. Sometimes the stamps run out or the pens go missing, but we manage. It’s a very practical business. We work long hours, especially when there are many deliveries to handle. My back is usually tired by the end of the day, but that’s just how it is. We aren't fancy, we just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a simple courier service for the local community.
