We’re located on the second floor of the Plenary Arcade, specifically in room 230. Our building is on Gondal Road, right by the Bombay Petrol Pump. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows the petrol pump, so we never have to give too many directions. We do import and export work, which basically means we spend our days on the computer and the phone, tracking where things are in the world. The office is a bit small, and the elevator in the arcade can be a bit slow sometimes, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s not a fancy corporate office with modern art; it’s just desks, a lot of files, and a few printers that run all day. We deal with a lot of different goods, so there is always something new to learn about. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The traffic on Gondal Road is always heavy, but it keeps the energy up. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just try to make sure our clients get their stuff without too much trouble from customs or shipping lines. It’s a lot of detail work, and sometimes it gets stressful when a ship is late, but we just keep at it. If you need us, we’re usually there till late in the evening getting the last emails sent off. If you see the petrol pump mentioned twice on some of our mail, don't worry about it, there's just one big one right there on the corner.
