Patidar Tea Company

We are located in Ward No. 9, right near the State Bank of India. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the bank is. Patidar Tea Company has been here for years. It’s just a simple storefront with a back room for storage. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. Most people just know us by the smell of tea when they walk past. We sell mostly to local families and a few small cafes in the area. The shop is often a bit cluttered with crates and boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy computer system to track everything; we mostly just use a notebook and a calculator. It’s how we've always done it. Sometimes the bank gets a long line and people wander over to our shop to kill time while they wait. We end up talking about the weather or the local news. We don't try to push anything on anyone. If they want tea, they buy it. We just keep the place running and make sure we have enough stock for the regulars. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s a good way to stay connected to the community. We like the pace of things here in Ward 9 and keep things going day by day as best as we can.
