Patel Minerals

We are located in Wawadi, specifically in the Vavdi area. You can find us right near Prashant Casting, which is directly opposite the ice factory. That ice factory is the best way to explain where we are to people who get lost. We deal with minerals here at Patel Minerals. It is a very dusty and noisy job most of the time. You cannot really keep your clothes clean for more than five minutes once you start working. I took over this place from my family. We do not have a big fancy office or a lobby with soft chairs. We just have a small desk and a lot of outdoor space for the materials. The sun can be really brutal in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. We have a few guys from the local village who help out with the loading. We are not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to get the orders out on time for everyone. Sometimes the trucks get delayed or the weather makes the ground too soft to move anything around. We just take it as it comes. It is a lot of physical work, lifting and moving rocks and dirt all day long. We do not have any big slogans or anything. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It keeps us busy.
