Our office is located at 402 Royal Tower. It is in 6 Royal Park, right on Kalawad Road. We go by Pardes Quick Foods & Dehydration Privatelimited. It is a bit of a long name but we are used to it by now. We work on the fourth floor. The view is alright, mostly just the street below. We handle dehydration and quick foods here. It involves a lot of paperwork and coordinating with different people. We are not a big factory or anything like that. We are just the office part of the business. Kalawad Road gets really busy during the rush hour. We hear the car horns sometimes through the windows. Inside the office it is mostly quiet though. We have a few desks and some computers set up. We tend to drink a lot of tea and coffee while we check on the various shipments. Dehydrated food is actually quite interesting once you get into the little details of it. We have been in Royal Tower for some time now. It is a well-known building in this area. We do not really do much in the way of advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they already know they need what we provide. It is a straightforward job. We manage the logistics and make sure everything is dried and packed correctly. The days go by fast. We are just people trying to do a decent job every day without any fuss.
