Pans Pharmaceuticals

Pans Pharmaceuticals is based out of G-1379 in the Metoda G.I.D.C. section of Ta-Lodhika. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. We spend our days making and packing pharmaceutical products. The lab isn't huge, but we keep it very clean and functional for what we need. Most of our time is spent following formulas and making sure the batches come out right. It’s a lot of white coats and clipboards. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just make the medicine. Sometimes the power goes out in the GIDC and we have to wait for the generators, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the machines and their quirks. There’s a lot of paperwork involved because of the regulations, so someone is always stuck at a desk filling out forms. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the hum of the equipment. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. Most people who come here are delivery drivers or suppliers. We focus on getting the orders filled correctly and sent out on time. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the routine of it all, and we just keep plugging away at the tasks we have in front of us.
