Finding us isn't too hard if you go to the first floor of Ratnadip Plaza. Being at Shop No 90 puts us right near the Sahkarijin Cross Road, which is one of those intersections that always seems to be crowded. Getting up to the first floor is a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving throughout the day. The plaza is an older building with a lot of character, and we know most of the other people working in the different units. The room is mostly filled with us and a bunch of computer parts. Dealing with all sorts of tech issues is our daily routine. Keeping a showroom look isn't something we care much about. Having everything within arm's reach while we work is much more important. Quite a few people come in from the cross road needing a quick fix or having a question about their laptops. Helping them out without making things sound too complicated is what we do. There aren't any polished marketing slogans here. Telling people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take is the only way we work. Lunch is usually a quiet affair where we bring food from home or grab something quick from a stall downstairs. It’s a steady routine that works for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't have any plans to move. It's a good place to spend the day and we like the local vibe.
