The shop is on Bhakti Nagar Street No. 6. We've been here for a good bit now, selling various tools to anyone who needs them for their projects. It's a small place, packed floor to ceiling with all kinds of metal things. Spanners, hammers, drill bits—you name it, it’s probably shoved into a bin somewhere in the back room. We try to keep things in order, but when it gets busy, stuff tends to pile up on the counters quite quickly. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll usually see the same faces every time you walk in through the door. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team to handle things. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars to show up for their supplies. Sometimes we spend half the day just looking for a specific size of bolt for a customer who only needs one or two pieces. That’s just part of the job here. The street outside is usually quiet, which is nice for when we have to unload crates from the suppliers. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable one where people can get what they need without a lot of fuss. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from over the years, but it's a workspace, not a showroom. If you're looking for tools in Bhakti Nagar, we're on Street No. 6.
