We are located on the 3rd floor of the Backbone Shopping Center at Mayani Chowk. It is a busy spot in the city, and there is always something going on downstairs. Our office is a bit more tucked away, though. We spend our days working on websites and other online projects. It is mostly a lot of sitting and thinking. We have a few desks and some older chairs that have seen better days. There is a window that gives us a view of the traffic at the chowk, which is nice when we need a break from looking at the code. We are not a big company with hundreds of people. It is just a small group of us who enjoy the technical side of the internet. Our desks are usually covered in half-finished cups of tea and scribbled notes on scrap paper. We do not have any big mission statements or marketing plans. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to do it right. Sometimes the elevator in the building is broken, so we end up getting some exercise on the stairs. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We have been here for a few years and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the center. It is just where we work.
