Mankoo India Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Palace Road in Rajkot. If you know the area, we are pretty much opposite the Jain Upashrya, which makes it easy for people to find us in the middle of all the traffic. Rajkot can get really hot in the summer, so the office usually has the fans going full blast while we try to keep up with all the phone calls and visitors. Even though we are a private limited company now, it still feels like a small local operation in a lot of ways. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. Most days are spent looking over ledgers or talking to the guys who handle the logistics on Palace Road. It is a busy part of town, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside our windows. We have a small staff, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from making tea to filing paperwork. Being near the Upashrya means it gets very peaceful in the mornings, but by noon, the whole street is a hive of activity. We don't have any polished corporate reception area; it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of work. We’ve been in Rajkot for a long time, and being on Palace Road feels like home to the business. We just take things one day at a time and keep the wheels turning.
