Our shop is located out at Plot No.2234, near the Kranti Gate in the G.I.D.C. area of Metoda. If you’ve ever been through this part of the industrial estate, you probably know it gets quite dusty and loud with all the manufacturing going on. We build CNC machines here. It’s a lot of metal, grease, and precise work every day. Macpower has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit over the years. We started small, just focusing on making sure the machines actually worked the way they were supposed to. Our floor is usually covered in shavings, and there’s always someone working on a lathe or a milling center. It’s not a quiet office job. We have a team of guys who know their way around a circuit board and a heavy frame. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures or websites. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or assembling parts. It’s hard work, and sometimes things go wrong, but we fix them and keep moving. Living and working in Metoda means we are surrounded by other people doing the same kind of heavy lifting. We’re just a part of that community, making machines that other people use to make their own stuff. It’s a basic cycle, and it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday without fail. We like the grit of the place and the steady work.
