Lala Chemist

Lala Chemist is located right at Bajarang Chowk in Gandhigram. It’s a lively part of Rajkot, especially near the Satyanarayan Park Main Road. We have been serving the folks around here for a good while now. The shop is usually the first place people think of when they need something quick for a headache or some bandages. We keep the place fairly basic with lots of glass jars and cardboard boxes everywhere. It’s not a fancy pharmacy with bright neon lights, just a regular local store. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific medicine if it’s a rare one, but we usually find it eventually. We get a lot of workers and families coming in throughout the day. The noise from the chowk is constant, but it becomes like background music after a few years. We do our own cleaning and stocking because we like to know where everything is kept. If someone is short a few rupees, we usually tell them to just bring it next time; that’s how things work in a neighborhood like Gandhigram. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a place that people can count on when they aren't feeling well. It’s a lot of standing around and talking, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We try to be here whenever our regular customers need a bit of help.
