We are located down on Kothariya Main Road, specifically at E 2 Khodiyar Krupa 2 in Nilkanth Park. The area is Bhmehul Nager. Being part of L T Concrete Lafarge Aggregats Concrete India Pvt Ltd means we deal with a lot of heavy stuff. It gets pretty dusty around here sometimes with all the movement, but that's just part of the concrete business. Most days start early before the sun is even fully up. We have trucks coming in and out, and the noise is just a constant backdrop to our day. It is a practical site. There is no big reception area or coffee machine. We usually just drink water from the cooler or grab something from the stall down the road. It’s hard work, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the shift. The Nilkanth Park area has changed quite a bit since we first got here, more buildings going up all the time. It is good for business, I guess. We focus on getting the mix right and making sure the loads go out when they should. If a truck is late, it throws the whole morning off. We try to avoid that. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We know how each other works without having to say much. It's just a regular yard where we get things done and then we head home. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, but we manage to keep the concrete moving.
