Krishna Kathiyawadi Kitchen Private Limited is based out of Vil-Kuvadva. We are at Plot No 16, which is near the Vankaner Chokdi. If you know the area, it's right by Merubhai Hirabhai Ghanghal’s place. It’s a very local setup. We don't have a fancy city office with air conditioning in every room. It’s more of a practical kitchen space where we focus on the food. Kathiyawadi cooking is what we know, so that’s what we do. It’s a lot of spices, heavy pots, and long hours over the stove. The area around Vankaner Chokdi is always moving with trucks and people traveling through, so it’s a busy spot to be. We spend our mornings prepping vegetables and getting the masalas ready. There’s always a lot of washing up to do, and the floor needs a good scrub every evening. It’s physical work and it can get quite hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months. We don't have a polished marketing pitch. We just make the food and hope people like it. It's a family-run kind of vibe even though we are a private limited company on paper. We’ve been at this plot for a while and the locals know where to find us. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, keeping the pots simmering and the kitchen running every single day for whoever stops by. It is just real cooking for real people.
