If you are driving down Gondal Road, you’ll see us at Lotus Arched, right across from the Bajaj Automotive shop. We are at number 119. The area is usually pretty busy with vehicles and people moving around, so it’s a lively place to be. We work with metal here, and it’s a noisy, physical job most of the time. There’s always the sound of machines running or metal hitting metal in the background. It gets pretty dusty, and we all end up with a bit of dirt on our clothes by the end of the shift. We don't have a clean, white-carpet office. Our space is for making things and moving heavy materials around. We have a lot of scrap pieces lying about that we eventually find a use for. The team here knows how to handle the equipment, and we just get on with the daily production schedule. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to spend half the morning fixing it, which is just part of the deal. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local metalcraft business doing the work that needs to be done. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it long enough that it feels natural. We usually wrap up the day as the sun starts to go down over Gondal Road and the traffic starts to thin out.
