This is Ketan Cosrtuction Ltd. Our main office is located at Arya Kutir on Dharmendra Road in Rajkot. If you know Rajkot, you know Dharmendra Road is quite a landmark area, always busy and full of life. Arya Kutir is an older building, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Being in the construction business means our office is often full of blueprints, site maps, and samples of materials. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as people are always coming in from various sites with dust on their shoes. We don’t mind it much. It’s part of the job. We have a few rooms here where we sit and figure out the logistics of our projects. The chairs are a bit old and the ceiling fans make a clicking sound, but it’s home to us. Gujarat is hot, so we usually have the windows shut and the coolers running full blast during the afternoon. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. We’d rather focus on the actual building work we have going on across the city. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we’re like a small family. We just do our work, deal with the suppliers, and keep things moving. Dharmendra Road can be a nightmare for parking, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
