J.B Diamond Tools

Our place is in the Kabir Complex on Pant Kabir Road, right near the Imitation Market. J.B Diamond Tools is a small shop where we focus on cutting tools and industrial blades. It’s a bit of a crowded area with the market so close, so there’s always people walking past the window. Inside, we have a few display cases, but most of the stock is kept in drawers or in the back room. We spend a lot of time checking the edges of tools to make sure they’re sharp enough for the jobs they're meant for. It’s quiet work compared to some of the bigger factories, but you still have to pay attention to the details. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our customers are folks from the market or local workshops who’ve been coming to us for years. We usually have a pot of coffee going, and the air smells a bit like grinding stone. It’s a simple setup. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a tool cuts well, then we’ve done our job right. Sometimes the delivery bikes get stuck in the market traffic, so we have to wait a bit for our supplies to arrive. We just sit on our stools and wait it out. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we like being in this part of town. The shop is small, but it has everything we need.
