If you’re driving along the 150-Feet Ring Road in Rajkot, you’ll probably pass the Haridarshan Arcade. Itmench Internationals Private Limited is in office number 308. We’re quite close to Balaji Hall, which is a major landmark for anyone living in this part of town. The area is always noisy with cars and bikes, but once you’re inside the arcade, it quets down a little. Our office is a simple one-room setup with a few partitions. We’ve got the typical office furniture—rolling chairs that squeak a bit and desks that have seen better days. We do a lot of international coordination, so sometimes the hours are a bit strange depending on who we need to talk to. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us here in Rajkot. We take turns making sure the office stays somewhat tidy, though there’s usually a pile of paperwork somewhere that needs attention. It’s a practical place to work. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy lighting. We just need the computers to work and the internet to stay connected. Most of our days are spent on calls or typing out reports. It’s a steady routine. We like being on the Ring Road because it’s easy for everyone to get to from different parts of the city. We just show up, do what’s required, and head home when the sun goes down.
