Itawaplus Ceramic Llp

Itawaplus Ceramic Llp is located out on Jetpar Road. We are on Survey No 149, right behind the Manish Weigh Bridge. If you are driving towards Pipali village, you will see the big sign for the weigh bridge. It is a very busy area with a lot of dust and noise from the heavy trucks. We spend our days at the workshop making sure the ceramic pieces are coming out right. It’s a hot and dusty job but we enjoy the process. The office is just a small cabin with a tin roof. We have a few samples on the shelves so people can see what we make. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working yard. My partner handles the production and I look after the orders and the workers. We have a small group of guys who have been with us for a long time. They are hard workers and we appreciate them. We usually eat our lunch together in the shade when the sun is at its highest. Pipali has become a huge hub for ceramics over the years. We remember when there were only a few factories here. Now it’s wall-to-wall industry. We don't do much marketing because the work usually speaks for itself. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a basic life, but it suits us just fine and keeps us busy.
