We've been at the Vardhman Commercial building for a while now. It's right opposite the SV School on SV Road in Rajkot. If you know the area, it's pretty busy during the school rush hours. We spend most of our time dealing with the casting side of things. It’s a lot of metal work and technical details that keep us busy. The team is small, just a few of us in Office 401 on the fourth floor. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, some samples of our work, and a coffee machine that gets used way too much. People usually just drop by if they are in the neighborhood. We started this because we knew a bit about the industry and wanted to do something for ourselves here in Gujarat. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s honest work. We deal with various clients who need specific parts made. The heat in Rajkot gets pretty intense in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get on with the jobs. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure the orders are right and the quality is what it should be. It’s just us here, making a living and trying to keep the machines running smooth. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. Most of our new work comes from someone knowing someone else who needs some casting done. It's a simple way to run things.
