If you are driving down Punitnagar Road, you might miss us if you are not looking closely. India Machine Tools is tucked right behind the Rajkamal Petrol Pump on Gondal Road. It is one of those spots where you have to turn off the main path to find us. We have been working out of this location for a long time. The smell of oil and the sound of metal hitting metal is what we are used to every morning. It is a practical space. We do not spend money on fancy signs or decorations because we are too busy with the actual machine tools. The petrol pump out front is always busy, so there are always people around, but our shop stays focused on whatever is on the bench that day. We have some old machines that still work perfectly and some newer ones too. The floor is concrete and has some stains, but that is just part of the job. Our day starts early before the heat gets too bad. We handle the tools, talk to the customers who come in with specific needs, and try to get things out the door on time. It is a simple setup with a couple of benches and our storage racks. We do not have a big corporate story to tell. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That is how it has always been here for us behind the pump.
