Honest Developer

We are based in the city of Rajkot, specifically at the Astha-A building. Our office is located in unit 801 in Jalaram-2 on University Road. It's right across from the SBI bank, so it’s pretty easy for anyone to spot our sign when they are out doing their errands. We started Honest Developer because we just wanted to make buildings that would last here in this city. It’s not about building flashy glass towers for us. We look at a piece of land and try to see what fits the needs of the real people living here. Our office is usually full of maps and blueprints scattered all over the tables. We spend a lot of our time out at the construction sites, checking on the progress of the brickwork and the plumbing. We don't use much fancy marketing or social media. Mostly, people hear about our projects from their neighbors or relatives who bought a place we built a few years ago. Dealing with the permits and all the legal paperwork takes up a lot of our time, but that's just part of the trade we are in. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We're a small group that knows Rajkot very well. We like to talk to our clients directly without any middleman stuff. If there is a problem with a wall or a pipe after someone moves in, they just call us and we go over to look into it.
